Anyway, mods, admin, owners, members and stoners, I have a question,. Recently I enquired as to what the 'referral' section of my User Profile is for. Now I know, but i'm still curious as to the point of it? I mean, is there some sort of 'prize' or 'reward' system for referring members, or is it just for show and tell?

Presumably, it was intended by the developers of vB to form the basis of some sort of reward system, however, to the best of my knowledge, no such system is in place here. As it stands now, the Referrals counter is just window dressing; I do not know if Ron has future plans to implement such a system or not. Currently, the only rewards system in place of which I am aware are the benefits from Cafe membership, which qualifies members for discounts from certain vendors, among other benefits.

I didn't think that Ron had implemented any kind of reward system and I kinda guessed that the Referral counter is just 'window dressing', as you put it. I do think that it would be a good idea, however. Maybe you could pass the message along? Or not? Who knows.
