you will bring unwanted attention to this place putting Music from Bands your not in or ect ect
now if you want to pay some fucker in a lawsiut after they serve a warrant to the owner to get your name ect,
then go ahead but soon as the board mod get wind of this
they may start banning ya for doing it just to get you to see how serious it can be

i know for a fact the owner does not want anyone to upload music that you dont own,it violates copyrights and will bring the heat

so think about it
then stop please
peace

i thought that the only way you can get in trouble for downloading songs, is if you share the songs... but if you download songs, and just listen to them... and don't share, it's almost just like having a personal radio
well whatever...

Right on, Z! This site doesn't need 'unwanted attention', and i'm sure that if it was put in the Public Eye than alot of people would try and find any excuse to shut it down, or at least restrict what is or isn't allowed.

Wrong. You do not have the right to download copyrighted material unless you a) have paid for that right, or b) have written permission from the copyright holder, even if you have no intention of selling it. Copyright law does make provisions for Fair Use, which are somewhat complicated, so I will not cover them unless someone asks, but downloading music from file-sharing networks is not a Fair Use.

The only musick i post up and shit wich i don't think i have is undergrund artists who i know. Like Bedlam. And i got there permission/soundclick etc. Mainstream artists care about downloading there stuff and shit. But most, MOST underground horrorcore/wickedshit artists encurage downloading and sharing there musick. Spreading word of the underground. Horror Musick :D

never thought ya had ill intentions,
was just kinda pionting this so people would stop and save the mods some deleting,
'when you find yourself in a situation where some law may be crammed places you dont like to think about ....ya better cover your ass"

is all that motivated my posting this thread
im sure a band would want ya to post up Links to sites, their sites where you can download FROM them.
hell yes post up the links ,list ya music that rocks your world, add a link where ya can get them if possible, thats cool and interesting.

go make some niose
