Avatar help plz

:o I;ve picked an avatar that i've decided to use for a long time and I cant seem to make it fit to be accepted. I tried fixing the size but it still isent fiting, and it screwed up the picture sum. So if neone can help me i'de appreciate it. :D

You can use any image you want for an avatar, as long as it is less than 25kb and 100x100 pixels or less. Get Paint or Photoshop to edit them.
