Avatar help plz

I;ve picked an avatar that i've decided to use for a long time and I cant seem to make it fit to be accepted. I tried fixing the size but it still isent fiting, and it screwed up the picture sum. So if neone can help me i'de appreciate it.

You can use any image you want for an avatar, as long as it is less than 25kb and 100x100 pixels or less. Get Paint or Photoshop to edit them.
