Can you teach me how to grow some at home? I don't need that much, but growing my own supply would save me a ton of money. So what do you say? I've never attempted it, but I have seen it done. I wouldn't want to grow much, just a plant or two for my own personal use. Not like I'm trying to sell it. I'm just interested in saving myself some money! I don't even know if a plant or two would do, b/c I have no idea how often they bloom, or how fast they grow. I've read some threads about it, but that's about it. Anyway, just asking.

I see your using the praying mantiss as a rest position one of the 1st i learned I don't find cord slow in the least im sure I can make 4 contact kills in less that 6 seconds contact being 1" pine boards as for injuries not to bad myself smashed my elbow....concusion...apart from that ok and just a small point our instructor said slow is good is how i teach my students slow and concentrate on power and note the form I have degrees in a few martial arts
