DONT PUT YOUR ADDRESS ON THE FORM! ONLY PUT A SAFE ADDRESS FOR THE SEEDS TO BE SENT! Cops usually dont pay attention to those orders until they get in the thousands!

Now if all the seed company's mail were intercepted by the police, then it would be hard for them to stay in business. Don't you think? How exactly would the police know what's in the envelope. The companies are discreet. Word from the wise though, like sensiskunk said, don't have it delivered to your grow show.

Some countries Canada, Netherlands, UK, etc... kannabis seed is not illegal if you don't germinate them.

Most seed companies are aware that they will get orders from places where seeds are illegal but are discreet with customer info,that and the fact that it's difficult if not impossible for the law to force them to tell them anything.

I personally recommend Sensi Seed Bank in Amsterdam as they are very fast at dispatching and excellent quality. :D

Kannabis seed is not illegal in Canada only if you germinate them.
There are some shops that sell kannabis seed in a retail store in Canada.
Vancouver, Montreal, Winsor, Toronto all have kannabis seed available in retail stores.

According to the DEA anything containing THC is illegal, which of course includes seeds.
After a quick search I found a conviction for possession. "On 17 April 1972 Appellant was convicted of possession of marihuana under Texas Law. On6 November 1971 Appellant was arrested in Freeport, Texas, for engaging in a fight and a search ofhis person by police revealed a number of seeds in his back pocket. Upon examination these seedswere found to be marihuana and this led to Appellant's conviction"
On the other hand they aren't going to send out the SWAT teams for ten seeds. If you're growing one or two plants for personal use you might get caught, if you're growing a hundred plants for the west side you will get caught.

The seeds come in a plain white envelope like any other letter. I have also read that if it does get snatched by Customs, they forward a letter to the address and no further action is taken. Besides, think of the sheer volume of plain white envelopes that come into the USA every day, they can't possibly scan every envelope. If I am not mistaken, I don't think that seeds can be smelled by dog's or whatever. All I know is that they worked for me......thank God :)

It is just not possible to scan or have a dog sniff every letter and package entering any country period. Thousands of kannabis seeds are successfully sent all over the world every day. USA customs will destroy kannabis seed if found. Most cases a letter is sent out telling you illegal contraband has been found and destroyed.
