DONT PUT YOUR ADDRESS ON THE FORM! ONLY PUT A SAFE ADDRESS FOR THE SEEDS TO BE SENT! Cops usually dont pay attention to those orders until they get in the thousands!

Now if all the seed company's mail were intercepted by the police, then it would be hard for them to stay in business. Don't you think? How exactly would the police know what's in the envelope. The companies are discreet. Word from the wise though, like sensiskunk said, don't have it delivered to your grow show.

Some countries Canada, Netherlands, UK, etc... kannabis seed is not illegal if you don't germinate them.

Cash, Money order, Credit card, Western Union, etc ...

Most seed companies are aware that they will get orders from places where seeds are illegal but are discreet with customer info,that and the fact that it's difficult if not impossible for the law to force them to tell them anything.

I personally recommend Sensi Seed Bank in Amsterdam as they are very fast at dispatching and excellent quality.

You could ask at the head shop.
I have seeds from SSB and they are the best I've dealt with.

Kannabis seed is not illegal in Canada only if you germinate them.
There are some shops that sell kannabis seed in a retail store in Canada.
Vancouver, Montreal, Winsor, Toronto all have kannabis seed available in retail stores.
