The Gorilla Seeds customer service agents can be reached by phone, email, facebook, our contact page, through our blog & through a variety of sponsored forums.
Hopefully, if any cannabis.com members have issues with their order or questions in general, you'll post here. I don't know all the answers, but I know the people who do - unless it's about growing. UK law won't let us talk about that.
We've heard some US customers had problems calling us because it's an international call. We're working on getting a 1-800 number or something else that will be less expensive (or free) for the US & easier to deal with. Lots of cell phone service plans in the US don't have international service (or it's at an additional charge) so you might have to use a landline to call in the meantime.
