We've heard some US customers had problems calling us because it's an international call. We're working on getting a 1-800 number or something else that will be less expensive (or free) for the US & easier to deal with. Lots of cell phone service plans in the US don't have international service (or it's at an additional charge) so you might have to use a landline to call in the meantime.
