how would you setup a 150w hps + cfl's

My box is 3x3x3, I was planning to go all CFL but now I want to throw a150w HPS light in to the mix. The CFL's I have are 19w warm light (2700k) 1200 lumens. I have 12 of those.
I don't think ill need them all with a h p s

How can I set this up to get the most efficient grow in this box with 4 plants?

depends on how well it's ventilated

I have 2 150 hps in a 4/2/6 tent and it gets hot without a fan

i see where your getting at, i can probably do some adjustments to the box gain some grow height, i saw i post on here where you can tie the plants and grow them in a spiral. ill have to look for that thread.

Yea that's the one, is there any cons in growing the plants this way?

I'm gnna use 2 23w 6500k lights per plant during veg. Stage

Then 3 19w 2700k plus 1 6500k per plant, during flowering.
Sound about right?

23w 6500k are hard to find! Home depot only has em in 5000k. No luck at Lowe's n Walmart either

I grew my pineapple express that way - The only con is she did turn into quite a room hog - But I got a little over 3oz of bud from a 12 week grow - So I'm happy with that, overall height not including the 5 gallon bucket was about 16", she was tied down like crazy though, a spiral all the way around, and all the large branches were pulled out to keep the canopy even.

I currently have 6 more in my box, none are spiraled but they are LST'd (just bent over and tied down) alot less patience, but they seem to be growing just fine - Spiral is cool, but I like putting 2-3 plants in a 5 gallon bucket, and if you spiral them, you won't have a very good time with that many plants :(
