Hi, looking for a little help with ventilation. First I will go over my set-up.

Dimensions 3' wide by 11' long by 7' high..
going to be growing eight plants using 5 gallon buckets( hydro)
Lighting- 5 240 watt blackstar led's and one 2' four tube T5 to start them.
Right now the room is totally enclosed. I have insulated the walls, ceiling floors for climate and noise control, as noise will be an issue. Was looking into fans as heat and humidity are issues in my area. relative humidity . Was going to go with one of those panasonic whisper quiet fans hooked to a carbon scrubber and vent out of the room. This is where
i am a bit stumped on how to get new air coming into the room.
I did not wish to duct it in from the outside due to the layout and am concerned that extra ducting will decrease my fans performance. I also will be using a small air conditioner and pumping co2 in the room.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

If you are running Co2 you wont need fresh air. Fresh air is only needed to bring new Co2 into the room when you are not supplementing with a Co2 burner or tank system. Co2 basically is "Fresh Air" for plants ;). You will basically be running a "Sealed Room" which most guys will tell you is MUCH better. First suggestion.. dont vent your carbon scrubber outside the room.. let it circulate and kill the smell inside the room itself (It will work fine.. trust me). Next, your air conditioner.. if vented properly should be enough to keep your room at 85 with LED lights. An A/C also acts as a de-humidifier so it should keep your levels in check. Be sure to match your Co2 PPM level with the PPM level in your food for optimal results. And make sure your Co2 is NOT on while your lights are off! Good luck!!!

Hi,
Not much advice for you, sorry, newbie myself. Was interested on how your grow is gowing as your set-up is similaur to mine. We have pretty much the same dimensions, mine are 39 inches wide by 11 ft. long , by 6-8 ft. tall. I am also using an 8 bucket system(DWC recirculating) . Get this, the same panasonic fan as well! Just started from seed a few weeks ago, THC bomb, have them under a T5, yet just started supplamenting that with a blackstar 500 watt LED. not sure if this was needed yet but they were looking a little sickly, due to heat stress I believe. Anyway temps have come down and plants are now looking healthy, though smaller than I would like. I wanted to get some feedback on how your grow is doing as I am still in the process of finishing my room. I was thinking of only using 6 buckets in DWC to allow for three feet 4 feet of room length to be used for veg room . I am planning on getting an AC after the winter so will also be picking up co2 regulator and tank. Thinking from reading that a sealed room is best option. Have a few question right off the bat if you dont mind guiding me.
1. How quiet is your AC and which model did you get.
2. How are you enriching with co2?
some more info on my lighting:
2 500watt blackstar leds( planning on using in flowering room)
1 300 watt spectraled (also going to use for flowering)
1 500 watt led( forget the brand, for veg room)
1 2ft ,4bulb T5 for clones( cloning done in the veg room)

Also for anyone reading this, what is a good light for mother plant, does she need a dedicated T5 or just is the overall light in veg room enough?
Thanks for listening and remember to vote, its the one shred of power us little people have
