Hello everyone! First time poster, long time lurker. I have an unusual situation and was wondering if any of you could give me some advice.
I have Autism, and even though most of the difficulties that come with this condition are fairly manageable for me, I have a hard time in stressful, high pace, high volume situations, such as major social events (especially with lots of people and noise, like bars and the like) and most work situations. I get easily overstimulated and overloaded; the best analogy I can give for these moments is like a computer with too many open programs at once. I cannot manage all the stimulus and it causes me to become panicked. In the past I have medicated with cannabis, but my supply has been erratic and a bit of a gamble; the effects are almost always different.
All this said, I am looking for a strain or strains that will help calm my nerves and enable me to focus and process high rates of stimulus properly, but not sedate me to the point that I cannot function. If you can name particular strains from particular seed banks that deliver to the USA, that would be a plus, but it isn't a "must" by any means. I am going to college in the fall and don't want my issues with stimulus overload to impede my academic life.
Thanks for your time. Namaste.
