Hello fellow growers and info goers, I have a new setup going up in a few weeks. I have been doing some research, and found that the DWC is by far the easiest and cheapest to build and operate. I have 6 plant buskets and a main reservoir, 3/4? tubing connecting the buskets to the reservoir. 6 air stones, 1, 4 way air pump and another 2 way air pump. 2, 600w HID lamps, switchable (MH/HPS) Wired 240v. Room/Tent is 6??x10??x7?? Temp is roughly around 77 degrees. I have a friend that has added to his DWC setup, what he likes to call ??Undercurrent?, which essentially uses a water pump to recirculate the nutes thru the tubes and buskets to keep the nutes mixed at all times, and also keeps from having stagnant water. I have never heard of the ??Undercurrent? but I love to experiment.
