yellow bottom leaves and kinda droopy whats wrong ??!

so i started these plants on 1/31/12 and they have been going good but now the older leaves seem to be turing yellow and kinda white spots on the one?? what is this should i cut the leaves off that look like that or is it over watering underwatering ive read around and everyone has there own opionion i dont want them to die so can someone help me out

First of all go through figuring out the PH of the water you give them, and the soil they're in. Check the soil runoff after you water them using a balanced water solution and check the difference. Once you figure that out we can go further into fixing the problem.
