cannatonic outdoors

Hey guys I live in Australia and we are in the middle of summer I wanna try and drow some cannatonic outside in pots I have some ferminised seeds that I have ordered and waiting to plant them.

What I;d like to know is what are the best ways to grow cannatonic outside and any tips or tricks I'm a novice grower and any advice welcome

Also what is the diffrence between regular seeds,fermised and resin to me a seed is a seed
