I got 2 shop light fixtures with 6500k daylight flouresent 32 Watt t8 bulbs I used to use 40 watt cfl with a metal fixture. I want to know if the shop light works the same

Those work for veg, I actually have the same for veg but I just use them to add consistent light over a larger area to supplement my CFLs. I would use a combo of both, but they should work either way I'd think as long as you keep them close enough and have enough of them.

Oh ok but do ypu use cfl and t8 for flower
