SAFE seed purchase question

I was going to go with a green dot card, call to open the international aspect of it but they require you to register on line and give your social s #
to use the card. Now isn't that kinda the whole point of the green dot so that your just a number not a name..? Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

Go to walmart and get a visa card prepay... put what you want on it $$$$$$$.... Then do the international change thing. Where you can use it for an overseas purchase. They don't ask no shit like that!

Yeah I liked that bit about wisdom you came out with the other day on Kayla's thread. Now that was wisdom. I do cash by mail to boutiqueseeds. Not knocking attitude, never went that route.
