How does she look so far considering

that I didnt transplant her out of a small dixie cup after about 3 weeks so she stopped growing after a week because of no root room, also its been pretty chilly in the morning dropping to under 40 its back to normal now though but day light is shorter and weaker now and i never fertilizer her i want to keep it natural see how it comes out :P . Shes about 4 or 5 weeks old but do you think she looks ok considering all of these factors?

its just some moss i put around it to make it blend in a bit

Is this an outdoor grow? Where are you (if you can tell) that it is warm enough this time of year, to grow outside?
