All depends on temps and ventilation. If temps permit you can run whatever you want. In some cases a 400 will run too hot (without ventilation and good airflow) and other cases you can run 600-1000 (if you have it setup properly). If i remember right you are in an attic so you will have to take in consideration that its hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Attic temps can be brutal depending on your location. If you get a cooltube, a proper inline fan, and some ducting you should be able to run anything if the temp of that attic is controlled.
