What to do??! UK outdoor garden grow.

Hi. Just new on here! While ago i had few seeds (no idea strain/type!) sitting in my supply tin from some green got ages ago. Decided to stick few in bit of soil in a plant pot in garden, not expecting anything to happen, but to my surprise the things actually sprouted! Anybody tell me what sorta stage/health it is in and what i could do to see if the fella grows anymore? Been sitting in long periods of daylight and not sure what i should do at night times and if cold weather comes (Northern Ireland is a pretty cold place haha!!). Totally green (see what i did there haha!) when it comes to this and having probs locating info i am looking!!
Be appreciated if people maybe check out pics and give me some guidance??!!

not sure of the strain but its looking good and healthy mate you mite want to look up some grow guides while its like this so you can get some good buds out of it

Bit further on - IS IT FEMALE????!!!! And anybody with the knowledge be able to tell me how its progressing?

Cheers for confirming about being female - happy with that haha! She has got quite a nice smell coming from the plant ;) Is that a good sign? Also what would 'nosebag' be? Not familiar at all with certain lingo haha!! I presume the white hairy growths are the buds forming? Another month or two at least before harvest yeah?
