Hey SWIM just took a Labcorp drug test. he had stopped smoking (just less than a half g a night) a month and a half ago, but recieved an eigth around the 16th of Jan. This was smoked over the course of a week, with the last two days seeing the downing of over a gram per day, which means that by his reckoning, he had not smoked since the 23 of Jan... maybe the 24.

Having only 24 hours notice, he drank a ton of water the 1st twelve hours, and a little less the second, because he was scared of having clear pee. To this end, he took 6 crushed up asprin two hours beforehand, after seeing asprin recommended on erowid, and ate half a pound of raw asparagus. His breakfast that morning was high in carbs and fats, since he had read not to burn calories from fat the day of. He also took a Champ flush out detox drink one and a half hours before deadline. His urine was normal color, probably from the asparagus (he hopes), but he had been pissing clear for 3 1/2 hours before that. He tried to pee mid stream, which meant after 3 seconds of going. What do you think his chances are?

He is a medium build 160 lbs 5'6

Also, he peed in a cup which is in his fridge shortly after testing. Will this keep till Monday to do a home drug test?

Thank you very much for your thoughts. Also, what seems to be the consensus on NORML's report on shorter testing times?

Why cant "SWIM" register here and ask the questions himself?

Posting in the third person is quite frowned upon in these parts.

Sorry bad habit. I can't edit my post though, or delete it. Any thoughts on my chances? I'm really worried.

Theres no telling because each persons body is different. Even so, youve already took the test, therefore any thoughts made by the responders will not change the outcome of the test.

While I salute NORMLs efforts in the push for cannabis decriminalization/legalization, their info on drug testing leaves alot to be desired. Timetables are not a reliable way to gauge cleanout times because, like I said, each persons body is different and there are way too many variables to take into consideration to arrive at a guesstimation. Only periodic home testing with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day each time) can accurately determine how long a person takes to finally test negative.

I do have a cup of pee from within minutes of that test. It's in my fridge. Will I be able to test it tomorrow?
