I quit smoking a month ago anticipating this test but was not expecting it to be a hair follicle test my urine is clean I am about 6 feet tall 160 pounds I have been reserching these hair cleaning shampoos, I need to be sure on this test though, any suggestions.

Are yual a cut and clean pilgrem? Yual be sportin clean hair cut and shaven etc etc etc? Be lookin into some sheep shears be takin it all down to the wood! Cant be pullin hairs ifin yu dont have any.
