following the advice i recieved,i have started to water less frequently every 3-4 days now.
humidity has been raised 30-40% so is now in the 70s lights off and 60s lights on.
slowly adjusting my ph with a ph'd up water and garden lime.
plants are now 17 days old(strain is NL X HAZE)
my problem was yellowing, deformed leaves and curling its still there on the old growth

heres pics of the new growth so you people can give me your opinions on any improvement.

photos taken lights off.

They're much better than before for sure.
They just look over watered. But can be other reasons for that I don't know, maybe pressed soil or soils high capability of keeping moisture or sth else...

Wait until they point up their leaves, then water again when they don't point up as much as previous day.
Check the soil, and check the weight of pot before watering. If feels very light its time for water. You'll understand the cycle with couple of watering.

Here two examples on how they look. Left pictures after an hour of watering. Right pictures after 10 hours.

Note: They point up after a couple of hours of lights on. Can take more hours to do that. I'm usually finding them with all the leaves up, near the end of the day.

@tevfik qhats your opinion on the wideness of the leaves? maybe this causes them to flop a little due to her only be so young?
have you experienced this before or isit just the strain maybe

I didn't have like that rounded shape leaves but first leaves of my plants were fat too. Its usual with young plants. Probably about the strain or maybe connected with other conditions, I'm not sure.
And yes, usually older fat leaves are much more droopy than youngsters. It's not easy for them to raise up easily I think.

I didn't try spraying that often. Just did several times in a week to increase humidity level in cabinet. Don't know, maybe thats the reason why they're too droopy. And water on them can cause damages if you don't raise the light after spray. Try to not do until you see some movements on them. Since the soil is wet enough and humidity is acceptable, you don't need to do that often IMO.
