I was given some Green butter- Now what

I was suprised to say the least when a friend handed me a large bowl of green butter. Its been in the fridge, smells- looks nice even green with just some sediment on bottom , and very potent.

Besides eating raw , putting in recipies- what can i do with it ?

Can I make candy , lollies ect with it.

I had rolled some of that butter into oats and nuts to make an organic fruit nut bar. . Spreading on toast was okay -needed garlic though.

Pets sure asked for more.

What kind of candy are you eating that is made out of butter? Make something that involves butter in the recipes.
