We are a group of community minded, visionary people applying for our producers license. We are looking for 1 more like minded board member for our organization in Santa Fe.

You are a current Medical Marijuana card holder in good standing.

We pay an end of the year bonus and you get priority when purchasing medications.

How can a Not-For-Profit 501c Corporation pay out an "end of year bonus"?

or are visionary people not held to the same standards as the rest of us non-visionary folks?

We are not a 501c. Simply a non profit.
We simply want to compensate and acknowledge our board members for their participation. We have an attorney, it will all be above board.
