economical lighting

About to start my mother plant, would like to know what is the most and economial lighting to use for mother. Is their a 110 method.:stoned:

Depending how big this plant is, maybe just a single 150W 6500K CFL, in the smallest space possible with a shade on the bulb.

That shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg to run!
