Well I did a bad thing. My clones are flowering too soon. I had them under 24 hours flourescent lights. I accidentally turned off the lights for probably 5 hours and sure enough, they are starting to flower. Its week 3 and I have mostly rooted clones. Any tips on what to do?
I was going to put them under HPS lights for about 4 weeks of vegging. What do you think, have I ruined their chances of growing properly? What about removing the flowers from the plant, does that help them revert back to a veg state?

Hey mate,
Its all good they'll kick on just take a little longer to go back to veg due to chemical changes within the clones. Might add another week or even two to the whole veggin process compared to the previous timeline.
Just be extra careful or use timers :)
Happy Growing Mate

It took more than just 5 hours to make them flower.
How old is the parent to these clones ?
It makes more sense that you have taken clones from a mature mother and you are just seeing perflower. They do this no matter what when a mother reaches a certain age.
It is nothing to worry about and I bet it just barely slows them down.
Seen it many times.

I agree with Loc Nar.
Clones are mature as soon as they have roots, so it CAN be flowered right away (unlike a seed). However it takes 10+ hours of dark, for the chemicals (hormones) to build up enough to trigger flowering. So five hours wouldn't do that.
My guess is the same as above,.. Your seeing PRE-flowers on your nodes. Not "full on" bud sites.
