Hello, my girlfriend and I both are new medical growers in colorado. Since we have never done this before, we started with two clones but also started a bag seed that we had. I picked the darkest seed that I could find. The plant went through 3 weeks of vegetation under a 400watt MH. Tonight will be the 8th day of flowering and I am still unsure of the sex of this plant. Though its not showing the female signs, I don't really feel that it is expressing the male signs either. I would just like further imput. Here are some pictures. I have included a couple different nodes all above 4 from the bottom. Please let me know what you think. If its a male, I would like to yank it as soon as possible.

Still too early to tell for me, wait a couple more days and keep looking at the third node from the top cuz that's where they fully show first.

I can't tell either. you will know soon though. If it looks like a little batch of bananas (exactly where you are looking) you are in trouble. If you see 2 hairs coming out you are in good luck.

OK I think I have this plant identified as a male. I will show the two pictures as to where I came to my conclusion. Still no female signs. Please help me confirm its a male so I can pull it.

still hard to tell from the photo...wait and see if it looks like a football on a short stem...then its a male!

Really? I thought that the extention sticking out of the node in the first picture definately looks like the small male preflower. The little ball on stick right? Sorry for all the questions, this plant is just weird. That, and I don't want to throw out a female if it is.

It does look like a male. I had one that looked just like that, started with a little ball and turned out to be male. Still give it a couple more days just to be sure.

I'll line up behind Charbud. That first pic is looking pretty "manly". ;)
