I am building my own 4-bulb T5 lighting rig. The ballasts will be located outside the lighting rig. The ballasts I have chosen require a single shared conductor for the sockets on one side of the bulbs, and a single line for each of the bulbs leading back to the ballast. That means I have five lines leading into the ballast.
I want to be able to disconnect this line, so I am looking for connectors that might make this possible. As I see it, what I need is a 5-pin set of male/female connectors, capable of handling 18 gauge wire at 600 volts.
Anyone else out there faced a similar situation and have a part and supplier I might be able to use? Or other ways of approaching?
TIA
