handpipe is just a pipe you can hold in your hand. spoon, little metal pipe.
I think that is what MOST people use hear. What I usualy use, glass spoon....
I dont like metal makes bud taste metalic. Stone is nice too, and ceramic, but they break

I had one that was a colored hand pipe in the shape of a elephant head(minus the tusk) to trippy to use.
