Lights at night???

Is there any type of light that can be on at night? not in the grow space, but close enough that very little light would leak into the space? It would super convenient if there is...

I noticed on weeds (the show) they had green lights on the plants at night. As much as I hate to reference a fake grow op, it seems semi-legit. I've also heard that plants are "blind" to green light. So.... what if I used a green light? would it put me at risk of any problems?

Just wondering If I'm gonna be able to dig around in my closet for clothes at night. Thanks :jointsmile:

Less risk than red, or blue, (especially blue). but plants, are resourceful. they can, and do, use green light if they must.
So, It becomes a question of what intensity of green and for how long?

Unless you are totally legal and don't care who knows it, keep your clothes out of the grow closet.

Faddenator...Drawers for clothes, closets for cannabis, lol. Any chance you could you get in the habit of pulling-out the clothes before lights-out? (are you keeping the dirty laundry in there too?)

Well thats fine, ill work around the light situation, and just keep it dark.

as for the smell of my clothes, I don't care all that much. We have an annual harvest festival here and a like a 90% majority population that is pro-medical cannabis, so people don't seem to mind MJ use all that much. I don't see myself in a situation where dogs will be involved for at least the next six months anyway.
