Congo Haze Help

I have just recetly been given 24 seeds from a freind who works in Amsterdam.Congo Haze,F1 perp white widow perpel,That is what is written on the Tube could any one explain what perp means is it Dutch for purple or is it a quick flowering plant? F1 a mystery to.If any one can answer this for me i would greatly apprecita it

F1 means the seeds are from the first generation of a cross between two different strains, presumably white widow and congo haze, maybe with something else, although perp means perpetrator as far as I know.
