Quest diagnostics results and synthetic urine

Used Dr. Greens Agent X for a Quest Diagnostics 10 panel 50/ng +nit test on Saturday. Haven't received a call, nor has the company heard back from them yet. Should I be concerned? No exposure to sunlight, correct temp, didn't add anything to the synthetic. They were only open a few hours on Saturday, will it take longer to get a response if failed?
