What would be fair?

I need to find someone to prep my garden and do a first time planting for my medical marijuana. I have a great sunny place to plant, but physically I'm unable to do it. If I were to hire someone how would I go about it and what would be a fair exchange?

fetcher... you better find someone you really trust.. Chronic cost more than GOLD... tough to find someone who wouldn't .... who wouldn't..... wouldn't...

ahh who cares..... just make sure they are cool and don't tell other people ... the last thing you want is the cops to pay ya a visit
