Well it looks alright in the pics, could be overwatered, how often are you watering? That is soil right? Looks like you could use a bit more perlite in it but anyways, you only need to water when its dry, not ever day or you will "love them to death", unless they are rootbound, then they suck water right up, but yours look to small to be rootbound yet.
So in conclusion, how about some more info about what you got going on in that growbox(lights/soil/nutes/water ph/ventilation/etc), and hopefully we can get you on the right track, not that you look to far off:)

for lighting i have 4 CFL's that are each equivalent to 60w. And the soil im using is some stuff my buddy used to grow his first time Its Miracle Grow African Violet ph balanced soil, it claims on the package that it maintains ph between 6.4-6.9. Last time i checked the ph it was 6.5 then my pup chewed up my kit lol. for ventilation i have 2 intake fans and 1 exhaust fan. Im not using any nutes because i really just didnt know what to use haha so any advice for that would be great. Also since i transplanted them from there seedling tray 2 days ago i havnt really seen any growth but they appear fine and not dying now

Def. not dead. Looks more like serious stress b/c they are just growing single blade leaves right? Have the lights been switched back and forth? or does it stay dark when it supposed to be dark. Also the shraded leave edges, how the side of the leaves come to points also means something, but i forgot. Those are in 1gl bucket? With those lights should'nt water more than a gl. every 2-3 days. But go buy feel of plant weight.

I would put them on 24/0 until they get better. What are your temps runnin?

right now its 71 F with the lights off, so when the lights turn back on at 1 i should just leave them on for 24 hours?

I think you'd have better results with 24 hour light throughout veg stage, or at least 18 - 6. Also, you should get some more and higher wattage CFL's, and move the lights to within 2 inches from the tops. You'll have great results! Good luck to you! The plants look fine by the way, but just go easy until they stabilize.
