so ive been put on probation for 2 years and have a drug test in 8 days. ive smoked everyday multiple times a day for maybe 4 months. im 200lbs and and somewhat active person and i quit 4-5 days ago. im facing 2 years in jail if i fail and im starting to freak out. im wondering if i start going to the sauna for maybe a hour and drinking a gallon and half of water a day and start jogging will i be okay??? also are there any tips i can get about what to do because i love smoking and i honestly use it as a method for depression and idk what im going to do. any help will be greatly appreciated. im sorry if these are stupid questions but i need all the help i can get.

Saunas are of no help and neither is drinking a bunch of water days before the test. Youre best bet would be to utilize N2's Dilution sticky on the day of the test.....and PRAY.

As long as youre on probation, you should really stop smoking until your legal entanglements are over.

just get some of those detox drinks, they really work. Or just get a wizzinator.

fuck quitting for 2 years man, im on house arrest for 6 months and i still cant quit.. sucks ass.

No, detox drinks really don't work. You can drink water and get the same results for free. However, if they check your SG and creatinine levels, you'll come back negative dilute which is not a pass.
