So, in order to sign up for EMS classes I need to prove I'm drug free. I can pretty much take any test I want as long as a licensed physician or certified nurse practitioner administers it and signs it off.

Soo, I was wandering what test is easiest to pass? Can I take an instant test at Care Now or somewhere similar or are all tests sent to the lab?

I plan on diluting my piss and drinking a monster before the test (for color) and taking some N.O. Explode for creatine levels.

You better do your creatine-loading 2-3 days before the U/A because it takes 2 days for creatine to metabolize into creatinine. Creatinine levels are whats checked for overdilution - not creatine levels.

Is it bad to be physically active the few days leading up to the test?For those that are failing home tests, yes it is.
When you exercise, you burn fat cells which releases the stored THCA into the bloodstream, and end up in your urine. You want to avoid exercise and be dormant a few days before the U/A to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream.

If you've been clean for 3 or 4 days request a blood test.:thumbsup:
