i always have 95% success rate by using 1" ph adjusted rockwool cubes under a single 2' T5 under a dome with the vents closed and a heat mat underneath. lather on lots of clone goo when you take them and you should be solid. not sure which water method youre referring to, but you should consider trying out this method as it's tried and true. :)

i would. seems to me that the "water method" exposes fresh wounds to bacteria and other bad stuff unnecessarily. i think they like getting into their new homes asap. long as you have lots of moisture in the clone box (beading water on the walls) and the temp is right, i think you could safely transfer them now.

depends on many factors. best bet is to get a meter and a syringe and get to testing. ;)

Once the clones are transplanted into their new medium I do not feed them any nutes until I see the start of new growth on the tops. This may take several days. I just transplanted some clones 5 days ago and they began to show this morning. Tomorrow I will start them on a 1/2 dose of Fox Farm's Big Bloom mixed with Ph'd water.
