Hello. Thanks for all of this information. I have been reading threads for days.

I have been a way above average user. I have a test on the 2nd or 3rd. I will have abstained for 15 days by then.

I wasted lots of money on "passyourtest.com"...extreme user program ($119), plus their "never fail" one day product. ($89) The extreme user program did not include some of what was on the list. There are mispellings on the instructions. (manditory?) There is supposed to be a "coach" provided, but I have not been able to contact one leaving phone messages and e-mail. Hilarious. I didn't have much faith in these products, but my wife got a bonus so figured it could not hurt...especially as they are loaded with B2 and creatine. They did include two testing kits...which to be honest look pretty worthless.

I have very little body fat, and an off-the-wall metabolism. 5'8". maybe 165lbs.

I have been working out twice a day, and eating pretty much zero fat. I feel like I have lost almost all of my body fat...my wife says I look "gaunt." I ran two miles tonight.

Diet - One banana and plain eggbeaters, scrambled, in am.

Romaine with balsamic vinagrette, some days, for lunch.

Either a bakes chicken breast, plain, or a packet of tuna with barely any Heinz 57 in it for dinner.

Constant (3 or 4 a day) psyllium and bentonite "shakes." This is high fiber-stuff, and bentonite supposedly helps the digestive system by absorbing and expelling toxins. Whatever.

I feel good. Sort of worried about mercury from tuna.

I understand I should become sedentary now, for a few days. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I have seen people post this question before, but could not find what I consider a definitive answer. Should one consume lots of fats during this sedentary period? It seems to make sense.

Creatine supplements starting tomorrow...I don't plan on getting too crazy there. I have the B2, for the day before and day of testing. Also thinking about aspirin, I have read posts that say those issues have been corrected and aspirin won't help, but other recent posts suggest it still might.

I am probably eating red meat the day before, and will be consuming the "never fail" products, plus lots of gatorade.

Any comments?

During your sedentary period I can't see harm consuming lots of fats. I would think that it'll slow the release of cannaboid metabolites into the bloodstream, then into the kidneys, then into the bladder, then out the urethra, and into the a cup.

I'm thinking that putting the body into this fat-storing stage will accumulate addition lipids, that should act as a desired filter.

It looks like you may be OK per your post. It is important that you sop exercising so that the thc metabolites stop flowing into your bloodstream and then into your urine. Consuming fats is about building up a new layer of fat that any existing thc would have to go through before entering your bloodstream. I would suggest buying some at home testing kits that you can get at any chain parmacy, make sure you buy a "THC" kit, its less expensive. Cheaper still if you buy them on line but I don't think you have time. Since we don't have enough details about your smoking history, its important that you test yourself to see where you stand, remember even a faint line is passing. If it it can be photographed or copied its a line.

I would suggest looking into the dillution sticky and practicing it prior to the test. On the day of your test sub gatorade for water and skip the aspirin, its now outdated. Good Luck.

Tested 1st stream this am to experiment. Day 12 of abstinence. Definite positive. In my opinion, the passyourtest.com extreme user program, which I followed to a "T," then continued their "manditory diet" for another two days...does not work. I know 1st stream was far from ideal, but that may be the case, on my day 16, and there is nothing I can do to prevent it. No sub possible.

I do have the "dilution method" memorized, and have the materials, and will be experimenting before that day.

I didn't even bother with my first streams since I knew I would be going in the afternoon. I just practiced dillution with my afternoon streams. I think if you do the same you will see good results.

Thanks for the responses. It is impossible for me to tell if the test will come late in the day, or early, and there will be nothing I can do about either. I am hoping my mid-day streams are "better," and I did run 2 miles the night before yesterday's home test. I have 6 more home tests, and 3 days.

FYI - one serving of "fish oil" has 20% daily fat. Like drinking olive oil. I consumed that and a sleeve of ritz (and cheese) yesterday, pizza, and a root beer float. Probably fast food tonight.

What is up with rolaids and tums? I was assuming that they were for the salt people report putting in their gatorade, but now I am not so sure. Do both?

Change to fatty red meats this weekend. Go splurge and have a few hamburgers. And no exercise till after the UA.
I don't know what way above average user is but if your smoking a couple grams a day dillution may not work. Time is short but I would try and find some synthetic urine as a backup plan in case you can't get clean

Tested over 250 ng. I passed a home test just prior. Had difficult producing (monitored) and was pretty stressed. Passed another home test a few days back. Might have grounds for a challenge due to poor chain of custody. Hoping to retest, soon. 38 days, today. In treatment. Not much hope for any refunds from passyourtest.com...scared they are really the man.
