can u get arrested for fan leaves?

i have a poker deck, made with actual fan leaves laminated and painted.. whats the risk of arrest of an officer sees it?

all depends which state you're in, it's quite unlikely you're going to encounter federal agents, if you're in oklahoma I'd say yeah..I've had friends get busted for seeds and a couple "flakes"
