The state of Rhode Island will now allow the creation of compassion centers in order to dispense medical marijuana to chronically ill patients.

At least in the east, the Rhode Island legislature has the good sense to override an activist governor who totally disregarded his special needs citizens and would have rather they continued to suffer unnecessarily. :thumbsup:
