New to this help!!!

I am new to this. I am a patient in chronic and severe pain. It is in my lower back, after three failed back surgeries. I have been on every pain medication there is. All of them. Got addicted to them (physically) and went off of morphine 2 years ago successfully, but my god is detox hard and horrible) So now I take 400 mg Ultram per day. Ive been on it for 2 yrs and its no longer working. I have to take at least 3 a day, and still pain. so I have heard so much about the use medical marijuana and how it can help pain. I am 39 by the way and have not smoked in 20 years, and I only tried it twice cuz it made me so paranoid. But I am desperate so I tried it with my ex husband and if I smoke enough it takes the pain away for about 5 hours, like no pain!!! But, he is an ass and wont help me get any. He has no idea of my urgency, cuz he does not feel this pain. I have been told its as bad as cancer pain by my doctors, and its not going away. People not in pain will never ever understand. So I started researching online. I found a site called Legal Buds.com Is this marijuana for real?? I am so new to all of this. I would qualify as a patient to have it prescribed but they do not do that in Pittsburgh. Can you get a referral from your doctor to go to a state where is is legal? Can I just buy it online at that legal buds cuz I dont know if that is marijuana, I mean I know a bud is, but maybe they are just selling an herb? Can someone please help me, because I will buy it online if that is what it is I am in so much pain and so desperate.

no, im sorry but the legal buds online contain no thc or cbd so they would be completely ineffective as a pain medication. Also the states must respect other state laws so it would be impossible to get a legal perscription in a state that has delclared the substance illegal. You can legally buy seeds online and grow it yourself but growing it would be illegal. the seeds range in price from about $20 for 5 to abot $100 for 5, and it can be grown in the home for as cheap as $30-$40 for supplies. If you do not wish to grow and are desperate enough to buy it on the black market the easiest way to find a dealer is to tip a homless person like $5 and ask where to get it. (if you can find a source on your own it would be safer) I HONESTLY RECOMEND YOU DONT BREAK THE LAW NOR DO I CONDONE BUYING/GROWING/OR USING ILLECIT SUBSTANCES. There is a substance you can buy in any state legally that does manage pain, but it's side effects include possible headace and nausea. It is called kratom, and it can be purchased in any head shop or online. It is made of died kratom leaves which make a tea similar in effect to opium but with a much lower chance of dependance (there is always a risk but it is very low) it removes pain for 5-6 hours. hope this helps, good luck

Pennsylvania is a lega MMJ state so you shouldn't have any problem getting an authorization to grow your own or have a caretaker do it for you. Research the shit out of it to make sure you stay legal.

Sorry, Tamara. :( To get legal relief, you will have to change the laws, or move. I wish every state had sane MMJ laws like California (although even they could still be improved).

The "legal buds" are a herbal smoking mixture, but no cannabis- a total rip off for your needs.

What little good news I can give you is that in California, some folks are suing the government for lying about cannabis- "no medical value" "highly addictive" etc. IF it goes as it SHOULD- cannabis must be rescheduled as a result - and that means more MMJ states in rapid succession. Hope PA will be one of them. The tide is slowly turning for MMJ. :thumbsup:

When, in my 50's, I moved to a new town where I knew absolutely no one, I found a good connection by enrolling at my local community college. Took me two weeks. Ceramics classes, yoga classes, environmental studies, etc have high levels of pot users. And there is usually a "free-thinker's" table in the lounge/cafeteria- also a good bet. :) (Look into the PELL grants.:D )
