If you are a medical marijuana patient can you legally carry pipes and other smoking apparatus on you? If you were to take your pipe to the beach w/you, would you get a ticket for having it if you encounter law enforcement?

Yes you can get a ticket for having it at the beach because you aren't suppose to have your medication at public parks, schools, etc. If it's clean then it's just a piece of smoking paraphernalia. Other public places I don't see why it would be a problem though.

What if you have the pipe in your car? Will you get tiickited?

Depends on where in the car it ..in oregon you can get a DUI now for having pot/pipe in reach of the driver.

What if you have the pipe in your car? Will you get tiickited?Not if it is in the glove box or trunk. The laws use to be no smoking if a key is in the ignition, now it's just if you're in a car. Be careful. I wouldn't trip too much about it anyways since Cali's recreational laws are very relaxed, but it's still not worth risking IMO (from a medical standpoint), just eat some edibles :thumbsup:
