Can Medical Marijuana patience legally poses pipes while in public?

If you are a medical marijuana patient can you legally carry pipes and other smoking apparatus on you? If you were to take your pipe to the beach w/you, would you get a ticket for having it if you encounter law enforcement?

Yes you can get a ticket for having it at the beach because you aren't suppose to have your medication at public parks, schools, etc. If it's clean then it's just a piece of smoking paraphernalia. Other public places I don't see why it would be a problem though.

Depends on where in the car it ..in oregon you can get a DUI now for having pot/pipe in reach of the driver.

Not if it is in the glove box or trunk. The laws use to be no smoking if a key is in the ignition, now it's just if you're in a car. Be careful. I wouldn't trip too much about it anyways since Cali's recreational laws are very relaxed, but it's still not worth risking IMO (from a medical standpoint), just eat some edibles :thumbsup:
