I've seen quite a few people using them but my concern is if they put out enough co2 to be beneficial. I think it really depends on how big of a room you are using.

I have the regulator for that kit but never used it. The refills are $100 bucks and last 90 days. You can buy a standard regulator and tank for $150 and just get refills on the tank at a local welding supply shop for $15. My tank lasts for 3 grows. My room is 8x4x6 and my co2 runs at 1500 ppm (1200 ppm +3 00 ppm already present in the air)
