What`s the best thing to use to moisten bud when it is dry?

If it is a small amount you can add a slice of orange or any citrus.. If ya want to to prevent it from getting to dry you can keep a piece of letuce in the bag..

If I may correct you just a little bit Garden Knowm... Just use the orange PEEL. a slice of orange might get messy in the bag. lol I used the orange peel trick today, worked great, and only took 4 hours to moisten 1 Oz.

Would an apple peel work also? If so, It does not have the acid content that an orange peel would.

i like to use some fresh fan leafs, clippings, or even a fresh small buds works good too. put it in the jar with the dry stuff and it will remoisten them after a while. if you dont have fresh stuff, the orange peel or lettuce works fine. you can also go to overgrow.com where they explain how to remoisten dry bud, with different methods. check the faqs.

Fresh fan leafs are second best to use. The best thing is found in tobacco stores and used by pipe smokers to keep their tobacco moist. It's a small metal disk with holes in it. You soak it in water for about an hour and it lasts around 5 day's.

You do not soak the fan leaf just warp the bud you want to add a little moisture to and in about 12 hours or so the dried bud is revived again

Apple peals do not have much moisture in them and they will collect the small swag left in the botton of the bag. Then what are you doing to do, smoke the apple? lol Just use a fan leaf, it's what you are looking for.

And mold too, the moisture level is to high and the bacteria in the orange or an apple would affect the pot in a negative way.
