How viable is pollen?

My last grow dispersed pollen(about 6 months ago). I am going to TOTALLY clean /repaint the room.But I was wondering about things like the insides of CFL housing,witch may have tiny amounts still left in them even after being blown out.

Its very viable, lol.
scrub your equipment with bleach, use a sprayer or something for the lights but be careful with that and don't do it while they are on.
