Well 68 is quite high it could lead you to some problems, pest, mold etc...
Where the air is coming from ? What are the temps usually ?
I guess the humidity is higher when light are out because there is no heat produce by the light to dry it. A simple dehumidifier running only on dark periods might solve you're problem...

cheap dehumidifer you can find them for under $40 at wall mart verry small and compact wont take up hardly anyspace. just put it on a timer and you should be ok.

I'll second that. I'm a cheapskate, so I'm still using a dehumidifier that's probably older than I am (and weighs 10,000 lbs), but it does its job very well and is at least somewhat quiet.

Daily feeding eliminates such problem as humidity, as the plant media is dry relatively dry by the time lights are off. Dehumidifier needed when you do hydro or the weather conditions push the humidity up.
