    humidity during the night

    hey people, dont mean to be disrespectfull but im only looking for advice from hardened growers who know their shit. hey people ive constructed my room and everything is ok apart from the one problem i have my room is sealed air tight with fresh air comeing backward and forward my exhaust is 12" with carbon filter running all the time with enviro temp controller during the day humidity is fine between 38 -58 no higher BUT when brights out it raises to 68this is bad guys i think. why is this and how can i remedy the situation ive a fan heater on to keep the room warm and a fon blowing air round ect my exhaust runs 24/7 just to be clear

    Well 68 is quite high it could lead you to some problems, pest, mold etc...
    Where the air is coming from ? What are the temps usually ?
    I guess the humidity is higher when light are out because there is no heat produce by the light to dry it. A simple dehumidifier running only on dark periods might solve you're problem...

    cheap dehumidifer you can find them for under $40 at wall mart verry small and compact wont take up hardly anyspace. just put it on a timer and you should be ok.

    I'll second that. I'm a cheapskate, so I'm still using a dehumidifier that's probably older than I am (and weighs 10,000 lbs), but it does its job very well and is at least somewhat quiet.

    hey guy thanks for your imput ive tinkered away and put 5" exhaust fan blowing into the room basically it blows more fresh air into room faster almost strait away humidy droped and humidity was 46% when i last checked so i am off carefree again 1st week of flower over,7 more to go also what sort of nutes u guys using im using ionic its european i think i could be wrong im thinking of changing to sumthing else i get good results smelly and coverered in ice just not quite as dence nuggets as ide like 2 get i want a really good 1 to try and u americans know your shit, get back in touch guys

    Daily feeding eliminates such problem as humidity, as the plant media is dry relatively dry by the time lights are off. Dehumidifier needed when you do hydro or the weather conditions push the humidity up.
