starting outdoors

i just got some purple widow and northern lights special,should i start outside?i live in the caribbean and its 12/12 outside will that work?or should i start inside then bring out

Seeing as how cannabis needs at least 16 hours of light to veg outdoors, what do you think? It grows the same no matter where one lives.

I always start my outdoor plants inside so when put out they're big enough to fight off insects and little furry animals.
